Prescott Mill Owner Loves “All of It”

One recent homeowner went on and on about her favorite features of her new home — it’s nice to see that our Pulte homeowners are finding our homes to be exactly what they expected.

I love all of it, the layout is great, the open floor plan is the best. I like the different levels and the separation of the living and sleeping space. I love the kitchen the best with the wonderful floors, cabinets and appliances. My contact on the Customer Relations Team was accessible and returned my calls/emails promptly. She was able to work with my schedule for setting appointments.

For the minor repairs I needed, I liked Pulte’s convenience and scheduling. Their availability to help on a weekend. The oncall process was great.

Winchester Glen Owner LOVES Neighborhood, Home, You Name It!

Ok, we’re not making this one up. We swear. But when you get a customer who goes on and on about the home, our team, the community, etc., we just have to share this.

We like our home’s open floor plans, room sizes, two-story entrance and family room,kitchen and bathroom layout, teh finsihes and the 3-car garage. The variety of outside elevations make all the homes look unique too. The neighborhood is laid out with homes that are well-spaced from each other. The black iron fencing keeps the neighborhood looking upscale and the coordinating black street lamps and mail boxes add to the “old world” charm and character. The side walks and paths are also very nice and, along with the parks and reserve area, make for a great balance. Pulte offers the best-looking homes in great locations at an affordable price.

Everyone on the community team was helpful and a pleasure to work with. Our home was fiished on time and with no defects. Closing was easy and everyone was helpful. I was also happy with the buying experience and the follow-up customer service. You have a great staff.

I will recommend Pulte to other homebuyers!
